The first workshops were conducted in Europe and China resulting in creating regional brand ambassadors and a commitment to integrate key business objectives in employees’ day-to-day work priorities. The findings initiated the need for a global training tool in the form of an interactive mobile tablet solution.
Think Versatile developed iOS apps which delivered consistent and engaging product information to sales managers and training personnel. Customization covered regional branding and its individual unique product specifications. The content is managed by a customized cloud-based CMS that facilitates 12 languages, in six geo-zones, supporting four global endorsed brands and three private label brands.
As a result, the platform was embraced and Think Versatile has been tasked to roll out customized mobile apps to support global sales in 9 countries for five Johnson Controls endorsed brands. It’s quickly becoming a daily reference tool for sales associates to determine the best product recommendation for the customer.
