Michele is a versatile and results-driven marketing and operations executive with more than 20 years global leadership experience ranging from entrepreneurial to Fortune 100 companies. Michele has extensive experience with mobile applications, marketing and brand strategy, strategic partnerships, process optimization, and business development. Prior to launching Think Versatile in 2009, Michele has held positions ranging from Chief Operating Officer for a global, Internet sales based, co-branded, pre-paid VISA product; launching her own women's accessories retail website; to holding various high profile marketing positions at Ford Motor Company.

Michele earned her Master of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
