Bill has more than 17 years of programming experience. From designing test boards and code for a robotic truck; embedded programming for in-car navigation systems at Alpine Electronics; creating online stores for companies such as Universal Studios and Fox; to creating online systems to track and manage healthcare claims.

For the past few years, Bill has focused on mobile applications creating over 100 applications for residential property management (marketing, leasing and sales training) as well as tablet apps for trade shows and the marketing and training of consumer goods products.

Bill has deep financial experience and was the Director of Technology for a global, Internet based company that marketed a co-branded, pre-paid VISA product serving over 600,000 cardholders and averaging over $1,000,000 per day in online transactions.

Bill earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from UCLA.
