A native of Canada, Bil has worked on national and international brands ranging from entrepreneurial to Fortune 100 companies. Over the past 15+ years Bil has overseen multiple advertising agencies' creative departments and won hundreds of awards for outstanding creative (and results based) work that spans print, broadcast and most importantly - digital.
Bil is also a part-time instructor at The Art Institute of California in Orange County where he teaches advertising concept techniques and campaign/marketing integration methodologies as a core part of his advertising class.
Bil earned his Bachelor of Arts in Advertising & Communications from Ontario College of Art and Design, and Bachelor of Arts in Education from University of New Brunswick, Canada.
